Le cours de la visite est rythmé par les différentes étapes de la création de parfum où chaque pièce recèle des objets de collection, des machines anciennes et des infrastructures surprenantes qui constituent l'héritage de la Maison.
La visite gratuite est disponible toutes les 25 minutes, de 10h00 à 12h et de 14h à 17h.

Un parking gratuit est disponible à 200 mètres de la Bastide.
